Significant growth and outstanding talent recognised with 32 promotions, including ten new Allsop partners

We are delighted to announce 32 firm-wide promotions across our London and Leeds offices, including ten new salaried partners. Effective from 1st April 2026, the promotions acknowledge the team members’ contribution and commitment to delivering outstanding results for clients we continue to build on our success.

The ten new salaried partners are: Liam Stray and Henry Kilmister, National Investments; David Evans and Gabriella Brunton, Residential Auctions; Alexandra Ward, Recoveries and Receivership; Emily Norman, Dan Hopkins and Oliver Murley, Residential Valuations; and Vicky Bingham and Hugh Bushell, Residential and Transactional Living Markets (RTLM).


We have made a further 22 promotions across the business, recognising the hard work, collaboration and commitment to client service across its teams:

To Senior Associate:  Shanil Khagram, Residential Auctions; Gergo Petrovics, Lease Advisory and Business Rates; Daniel Legge, Recoveries and Receivership; Siobhan Badman, Commercial Valuations; Luke Theodousiou and Josh Ware, Residential Valuations; Becky Swinburn, Residential Valuations – Leeds

To Associate:   Harry Barlow, Residential Auctions; Laura Jewitt and Arthur Landman, RTLM; Charlie Harrocks and Henry Chamberlayne, Commercial Auctions; Tom Slade, Liam Rees, Sam Trotman and Bea Watson, Residential Valuations

To Senior Surveyor:   Jordan Payler, RTLM – Leeds; Patrick Sayer and Tomos Evans, City Investment and Development; Emily Rucker, West End Business Team (Investment); Tom Thornton, Residential Valuations – Leeds

To Senior Business Analyst: Billy Saxon, Business Systems

Alongside the promotions, we have appointed Anthony Hart, Salaried Partner in Residential and Transactional Living Markets (RTLM), as Head of the Leeds office. Having joined the firm as a graduate, Anthony is Head of Allsop’s Student Team, which specialises in HMO and PBSA transactions, and he will continue in this role alongside his new appointment.
