ANDREW’S ROLE
Andrew is Head of the Residential Transactional and Living Markets Team and is also a member of the Allsop LLP Management Board, as well as being Non-Executive Director of Allsop Letting and Management. His day to day focus is on the development land market providing consultancy and agency advice to clients on maximizing the potential of sites. This includes opportunities in the private sale, affordable housing, Build to Rent and Student markets.

EXPERIENCE
Andrew has been at Allsop for 6 years, having joined from Savills in 2016. Prior to that he was with the town planning consultancy, Hepher Dixon, which was bought by Savills in 2006. For the first nine years of his 20 year career, Andrew was a town planner, originally with a Local Authority and then consultancy, where he specialised in obtaining planning permission for large scale residential, mixed use and retail opportunities. During this period, he was seconded to LOCOG to advise on the planning applications for the Olympic Park. Post the GFC, Andrew moved in to development agency and advisory with a focus on Central and Greater London and specifically the sale of unconditional/change of use opportunities.
RECENT PROJECTS / ASSIGNMENTS

Development – the sale of numerous assets across London, with and without planning permission, ranging from £2-80 million asset value.
Investment – turn keys sales and forward commit opportunities on behalf of residential developers.
Student – the acquisition of student re-positioning opportunities, the sale of consented and unconditional student development sites.
Build to Rent – the sale of development opportunities with forward funding exits primarily focused on London and the South East.
