“Welcoming ten new salaried partners in a single year speaks volumes about the calibre of people we have across the business and the value they are delivering for clients. Notably, 21 of our 32 newly promoted colleagues joined either as an apprentice or graduate, which is a powerful endorsement of our investment in developing talent from the ground up. All these promotions and appointments have been thoroughly earned through hard work, client focus and a genuine passion for what they do. We are very excited by the depth and quality of people within our business and the future that they are helping us to build.”
