Host Richard Adamson is joined by Chris Brady and Aman Parekh from Allsop’s recently established Planning team.

The episode dwells on some of the key recent changes to planning policy including the revised National Planning Policy Framework and consultation draft of the London Plan.

Allsop

Chris is a Partner and Head of Planning at Allsop LLP. Based in our Head Office in London he advises on development projects nationwide. 

Aman is a chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) and Associate working in the Planning team. Aman works across the breadth of the planning process and advises Clients from pre-acquisition and feasibility stages, through to post-planning matters, including everything in-between such as planning submissions and appeals. 

Richard day to day role is as an auctioneer in the residential auction team focusing on producing 12 auction sales a year. In his role as Residential Managing Partner, Richard provides day-to-day support for Allsop’s growing residential property division and is involved in the strategy and running of the wider Allsop business as a member of the management board.
