AMAN’S ROLE

Aman is a chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) and Associate working in the Planning team. Aman works across the breadth of the planning process and advises Clients from pre-acquisition and feasibility stages, through to post-planning matters, including everything in-between such as planning submissions and appeals. Aman’s role within the team includes being the day-to-day contact on a range of major planning instructions.

RELEVANT EXPERTISE / SPECIALISM

• Planning appraisal, development strategy and feasibility analysis.
• Preparation and submission of planning applications including:

o   Full, outline and reserved matters planning applications.

o    Prior approval applications.

o   Lawful development certificates.

o   Listed building consents.

o   Permission in principle.

• Planning appeals and expert witness.
• Stakeholder engagement.
• Policy representation and land promotion.
• Project programming and management.
• S106 and CIL advice and negotiation.

EXPERIENCE

Aman joined Allsop in 2026 as an Associate in the Planning team, having previously worked in the Savills Planning Team, where he started as a Graduate Planner in 2022, and later obtained his MRTPI Chartership. Aman graduated from the University of Manchester with a MSc in Planning, having previously completed an Undergraduate Degree in Geography and Planning at Newcastle University.

• Old Brompton Road – 7-storey commercial mixed-use building comprising Ferrari car showroom and office floorspace above
• Braywick Park – x7 all-weather padel courts with canopy cover above
