Our Team
STUDENT
We have extensive experience in the valuation of Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) and regularly value student assets in established and emerging student locations across the UK.
Our valuations include development and operational student assets, primarily for purchase, loan security and accounts purposes. In each case we liaise closely with our agency team and adopt a market-led approach when undertaking valuations.
CO-LIVING
Co-Living assets are specifically designed and built for the rental market, with the inclusion of expansive onsite resident amenities, for both personal and shared use.
Allsop undertakes Red Book valuations on behalf of our clients within the Co-Living sector throughout the UK. Our expertise comprises existing stabilised assets and development sites.
Allsop has extensive expertise and market insight into this rapidly expanding sector, providing our clients with specialist consultancy, transactional and valuation advice services across the UK.
