This episode of the Allsop Propchat examines how AI has already impacted the process of producing comprehensive accurate and some of the most detailed valuation reports in the market. Clearly there are efficiencies and still frailties with the available systems that require as much diligence as ever from the Valuation professional.
At the same time, handled in the right way the collective view is that the time saved can allow better thought and ultimately a better product for our clients, who then go on to use their own systems to summarise what we produce.
The RICS are in the process of finalising their guidance note which are also covered in some detail ahead of their formal adoption in the Autumn of 2025.
