FREYA’S ROLE
Freya is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Valuation team. Freya provides valuation advise for a variety of purposes including secured lending and financial reporting for a range of clients. Geographically place access central London and the south east with experience in single assets, mixed use schemes, developments and portfolios.
RELEVANT EXPERTISE / SPECIALISM
- Experience in providing advise on retail, industrial, office and residential accommodation be it in prime or secondary locations.
- Knowledge and experience in providing valuation advise on both commercial and residential developments on both speculative and contented schemes be it prior, during or post completion.
- Keen interest and knowledge of providing advice to clients in relation to ESG and the implications from a valuation perspective.
- External RICS APC Assessor and Internal APC Counsellor, providing training to APC candidates.
EXPERIENCE

Freya has almost 8 years’ experience in the real estate sector, having previously worked at Matthews & Goodman LLP, in a similar valuation role. Working alongside senior colleagues and multiple service lines to provide strategic valuation advise to a range of clients.
RECENT PROJECTS / ASSIGNMENTS
- Valued a large mixed use commercial development in West Hampstead for secured ledning purposes with varying Special Assumptions and opinion of Value.
- In person presentation to a large high street bank on the current approaches to ESG from a valuation perspective alongside a Market Update from senior valuation colleagues.
- Assisted in a medium sized portfolio including a converted church, public house and day nursery
