Property Market Update February 2025
The UK real estate picture is certainly demonstrating a level of resilience in the face of a range of challenges. Low economic growth, bond market volatility and lingering inflation are all adding to the February chill in the weather, and although interest rates are falling this is certainly more gradual than was hoped for. Spring is around the corner which no doubt will bring some optimism and with more interest rate cuts a much awaited improvement in the markets.
