Michael is a residential investment specialist focusing on portfolio and block sales of all sizes across the UK. This ranges from AST/Buy to Let PRS/Standing Stock including mixed residential and commercial stock to more specialised leased opportunities in the local authority, asylum seeker and temporary accommodation sector. 

Will specialises in residential investment sales and acquisitions across the UK. He has experience in both purchasing and selling blocks of flats, portfolios of both houses and flats, HMOs and Permitted Development buildings. Will deals with all tenancy types including ASTs, regulated tenancies and assured tenancies along with long income leases on residential buildings.

Richard is a Residential Managing Partner. Richard provides day-to-day support for Allsop’s growing residential property division and is involved in the strategy and running of the wider Allsop business as a member of the management board.
