Host Richard Adamson is joined by Allsop's Student Housing specialists Anthony Hart and Will Ramshaw, alongside Richard Ward, Head of Research at StuRents - the UK's largest student listings platform. Together they explore how the student housing sector has evolved over the past decade, the growing divide between prime and secondary markets and what the current affordability crisis and Renters Rights Act mean for HMO and PBSA investors.

Allsop
Anthony is a Salaried Partner in the Residential Division and is responsible for overseeing and developing the firm’s student housing business.
Will is currently undertaking his first rotation working between the Residential Investment and Student teams. Alongside his work, Will is completing a part time MSc in Real Estate from Sheffield Hallam University following on from his undergraduate degree in Industrial Economics from the University of Nottingham.
Richard day to day role is as an auctioneer in the residential auction team focusing on producing 12 auction sales a year. In his role as Residential Managing Partner, Richard provides day-to-day support for Allsop’s growing residential property division and is involved in the strategy and running of the wider Allsop business as a member of the management board.
