Ed is head of the Commercial Valuation team and the Partner responsible for all commercial valuation work undertaken by Allsop. Ed has advised most of the UK banks involved in lending to the commercial property sectors during his career.
John is a Lease Advisory & Business Rates Specialist. He challenges business rates for tenants and advises on minimising rates on empty property. Negotiates rent reviews, lease renewals, lease re-gears and dilapidations on offices and industrial warehouses mainly in London and the South East.
Ryan primary role involves overseeing and nurturing relationships with clients within the Lease Advisory & Business Rates team. He serves as a dedicated point of contact for clients, ensuring that their needs are understood and met effectively.
