Allsop releases 318-lot catalogue for July residential auction

Allsop, a leading property consultancy and the UK’s largest property auction house, has released the catalogue for its July residential auction, featuring 318 lots across the UK.

The catalogue includes a wide variety of residential and mixed-use investment and development opportunities, including a pair of freehold semi-detached buildings in Sutton, Surrey, which together provide ten one-bedroom flats. Guided at £2.1m+, the property is one of the highest value lots in the catalogue.

The release follows Allsop’s successful June residential auction, which raised more than £55m and achieved a success rate of nearly 80% across two days.

Richard Adamson, managing partner and auctioneer at Allsop, said: “Following the success of our two-day June sale where we raised more than £55m with a success rate of almost 80%, we are delighted to release our seventh dedicated residential catalogue of the year. “Over the past couple of months, we’ve seen more buyers returning to the market, albeit in a reasonably measured fashion. We anticipate a busy July auction, with some very focused and committed sellers looking to transact before the summer recess.”

Auction highlights include:

• Lot 14: Hatfield, Hertfordshire - a freehold detached six-bedroom house extending to approx. 3,606 sq ft, guided at £1.3m+
• Lot 79: Sutton, Surrey - a pair of freehold semi-detached buildings producing £123,480 p.a., guided at £2.1m+
• Lot 270: Newquay, Cornwall - a substantial well-located unbroken freehold building providing 12 self-contained flats producing £177,570 p.a., guided at £2m+
• Lot 164: Marylebone, London - a freehold block of 24 self-contained flats, guided at £2m+

Allsop’s next residential auction will be held online on 30th and 31st July via livestream, and the complete catalogue can be viewed here.
