Our Co-Living Property Services
Valuation
Allsop is considered one of the market leading valuers of co-living assets in the UK. We continue to be at the forefront of the industry, promoting the sector and drawing upon our extensive knowledge and experience to advise key stakeholders.
We specialise in Red Book valuations for loan security, purchase and accounting purposes, working with a wide range of clients including lenders, developers, investors and high-net-worth individuals. Our lead valuer, Chris Theodosiou, has over a decade of experience of valuing co-living assets and was advising clients on this new asset class and its opportunities before the sector became institutionalised.
Property Management
Allsop Letting & Management draws on a wide range of experience across the living sector, with particular expertise in Build to Rent (BTR), where we are proud to be recognised as a market leader. Our recent accolades - HomeViews 2025 Operator of the Year and 2025 RESI Property Manager of the Year - reflect our commitment to delivering exceptional resident experiences and operational excellence.
We are actively engaged with a number of clients on a consultancy basis, supporting them through the early stages of their development pipelines. From advising on critical specification to guiding design decisions, we ensure that schemes are operationally efficient, future-proof and aligned with residents’ expectations from day one.
Development & Investment
Allsop's leading Investment & Development teams provide consultancy and agency advice across the living sector. In recent years this has increasingly covered co-living assets advising clients on scheme design, planning and viability.
We provide advice from cradle to grave, offering advice to landowners, developers, funders and investors. The teams have extensive experience in the co-living market and work closely with the other specialist teams across the business to promote the sector.
Across the living sectors the team has advised on projects totalling over £4Bn, advising asset owners, developers and investors.
