Samantha specialises in Senior Living in the UK and Europe, as well as having extensive experience across all healthcare properties including investments, going concerns and new developments.

She provides valuation and consultancy advice for both private, not for profit and institutional clients.

EXPERIENCE

Samantha joined Allsop LLP in April 2025 where she undertakes valuation and consultancy services. She also has her own agency and consultancy firm, HOLA (Healthcare Operational Living Advisors) in 2024. Prior to this she spent three years at BNPPRE establishing a new Healthcare team and 17 years at Savills where she was Head of Healthcare Valuations and latterly Head of Senior Living.

RECENT PROJECTS

• Recent valuations include Pegasus Senior Living Portfolio in addition to other confidential instructions

• Samantha frequently presents at conferences and contributes to various industry publications and is a co-author of the RICS Information Paper on the Valuation of Independent Healthcare Properties in the UK

• She has held key roles, including Chair of the RICS Trade Related Valuation Group and is a Fellow of the RICS

• Recently, she was appointed to the Board of Women in Retirement Living (WiRL) and contributed to the recent APPG Housing and Care for Older People - The Regeneration of Outdated Sheltered Housing and KTP on Age-inclusive design principles: Pioneering a new standard for later living
