James is a Partner in the City Leasing and Development Team. He is an expert in the design and development of new schemes within Central London and focusses on The City, City Fringes, Midtown and Docklands. James plays an active role in winning and growing more leasing, development and investment business.  



James started his career in London in 1996 with Weatherall Green & Smith (BNP Paribas).  In 2001, after five years with Weatherall’s, he moved to Insignia Richard Ellis which, in July 2003, merged with CB Hillier Parker to form CBRE.  James joined Allsop in 2005 and is an Equity Partner in the City Team.
