Allsop Partner and Auctioneer George Walker speaks to Ben Beck, Investment Surveyor from Columbia Threadneedle Investments, about what they have experienced in the commercial property auction market in 2019.
Ben Beck joined Columbia Threadneedle Investments in July 2016 as an Asset Manager, identifying asset value enhancement opportunities and realising these through building refurbishment / redevelopment, leasing and professional landlord and tenant matters.
Ben moved into the investment team in 2018, and is now responsible for sourcing, analysing and transacting property investments for a number of pooled UK balanced funds.
Prior to joining Columbia Threadneedle Investments, Ben worked for Savills in both their West End head office and City office advising a range of institutional and private landlords on their UK property holdings.
