Susannah has a particular focus on Retail, Retail Parade and Shopping Centre valuations across the UK. As well as undertaking valuations for loan security, purchase and accounts purposes, she is also responsible for monthly valuations for retail property funds and annual valuations of retail portfolios.

Gareth Hosgood
Partner

Gareth has extensive experience in carrying out valuations for loan security purposes for lenders, accounts’ valuations for funds holding U.K. assets and purchase reports for HNW/property companies/funds. Gareth is also experienced in undertaking valuations for tax, probate, matrimonial disputes and Charity Act purposes as well as Section 18 Dilapidation valuations.
