Kelly and Nicola share their views on the industry challenges and why this is a time for calm with the proposed changes being mostly positive.
Nicola and Kelly provide an insight into the drafted points within the Bill as well as what may be missing from the draft. We discuss amenity in Build to Rent, Single and Multi-Family housing and also consider the un-intended consequences.

Jack is a Senior Associate in the Leeds Residential Investment Team. He has experience in portfolio aggregation, social housing leasing and large-scale transactions that covers Yorkshire, North East, North West and the Midlands.
Kelly is the Chief Operating Officer in the Residential Lettings & Management Team. She excels in delivering multiple BTR and SFH schemes across the UK as well as overseeing the management of large scale PRS developments, all for institutional clients. Kelly sits on both the UKAA Committee for Policy, Education and Research and the BPF Residential Management Committee and within her remit on the latter has been involved in feeding back to Government on proposed tenancy reform. Kelly was also recently invited as Chair of the RICS review of the Global Agency and Management Standard.
Nicola heads up the Operations and Compliance team overseeing process, procedure, business improvement and legal and best practice compliance. Over her time in property she has gained detailed experience of property management across PRS, Build to Rent and Leasehold management and takes an interest in how technology can assist in improving our service offering
