The team is absolutely thrilled to have been named the Top Rated Single Family Housing Operator for the second consecutive year. They were also awarded the title of Top Rated Small Build to Rent Operator and The Pioneers (in Houlton, Rugby) has been recognised as the Top Rated Single Family Housing Community in the UK.
Additionally, The Trilogy (Manchester) secured second place in the ‘Top Rated Rental-Only Small Community’ category, while Vox (Manchester) achieved third place in the same category.
Eda, managed by ALM on behalf of Cole Waterhouse, secured an impressive three wins, including Top Rated Rental-Only Community (North West), Top Rated Small Rental Community – UK (101 – 300 units) and Resident Team of the Year. We are thrilled for both the Cole Waterhouse and the Eda team, as well as our ALM colleagues, whose dedication and hard work have led to this well-deserved success.
This recognition further demonstrates ALM’s unwavering commitment to delivering excellence and to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents. It is a testament to each and every member of our team for their dedication in delivering outstanding service and creating communities that people are proud to call home.
