JACK’S ROLE

Jack, based in the Leeds office, is primarily focused on the sale of Residential Investments in the region of £1 - £5m in the Midlands and Northern Regions. He does also purchase on behalf of retained clients and including larger lot sizes than £5m where available.

EXPERIENCE

Jack begun his career in Surveying in the Residential Auction team (Sandwich year) before completing his APC in the Leeds office, working predominantly in Residential Valuations. Since then Jack moved into the Residential Investment team where he has mostly worked since.

In 2021, Jack went ‘Client-side’, joining the investment team at HSPG as a Senior Acquisition Manager. Whilst at HSPG the investment team transacted over 1,000 supported housing beds to major national and international funds. Jack returned to Allsop in the second half of 2023 with increased experience in portfolio aggregation, social housing leasing and large scale transactions.

Now back at Allsop, he will continue predominantly disposing of stabilised residential stock with a growing focus on social and supported housing.
