Andy leads the Build to rent Investment and Development team. He was a founder member of the specialist team in 2016, helping build it into a market leading advisory service. Covering everything from research consultancy to development and investment agency.

Alex heads up the build to rent single family housing section of the Allsop Lettings & Management Ltd management service offering, working on a variety of schemes across the UK, managed out of our Leeds office.

Richard day to day role is as an auctioneer in the residential auction team focusing on producing 12 auction sales a year. In his role as Residential Managing Partner, Richard provides day-to-day support for Allsop’s growing residential property division and is involved in the strategy and running of the wider Allsop business as a member of the management board.
