ALEX’S ROLE

Alex heads up the build to rent single family housing section of the Allsop Lettings & Management Ltd management service offering, working on a variety of schemes across the UK, managed out of our Leeds office. His team has evolved and will continue to evolve into a centralised operation able to service and lead the market in the quickly emerging single family housing build to rent sector. The team currently work on sites from Rugby to Harrogate and across the North West.

EXPERIENCE

Alex joined Allsop during the summer of 2022 to lead and develop the evolving single family housing BtR area of the business, building a strong team and increasing operational efficiency and service levels.

Before joining Allsop, Alex worked for Grainger plc for 16 years in various roles building his knowledge of all operational and management areas of the business, working on the full spectrum of the PRS sector in the UK during his time there.
