If I am unsuccessful how long will it take to return the bidder security amounts?
We request all card holds to be released within 72 hours of the auction. Please note, it can take up to five working days for the hold to be removed from your pending transactions. If for any reason you cannot access your funds after this time please contact your bank directly.
