VICKY’S ROLE

Vicky is an Associate within the Student Housing Team based in our Leeds office. She is responsible for providing strategic advice on the disposal and acquisition of student accommodation. Vicky is particularly experienced in dealing with Houses in Multiple occupancy (HMO) portfolios.

EXPERIENCE

After graduating in BA Geography at the University of Leeds, Vicky joined Allsop in 2012. Vicky started her Allsop journey in the Residential Valuation Portfolio team whilst completing a PGDip in Surveying. Vicky transferred to the Residential Transactional and Living Markets (RTLM) team in 2015 and gained her RICS Chartership. Whilst in the residential agency team Vicky dealt with the sale and acquisition of residential assets and student accommodation.

After completing a year’s secondment for a student HMO operator in 2020, Vicky joined the Allsop student housing team, led by Anthony Hart. Since focusing on student accommodation, Vicky has had a wide range of transactional experience from large scale PBSA, converted student buildings and specifically HMO portfolios.    

RECENT PROJECTS / ASSIGNMENTS

Vicky recently acquired a 153 bedroom off-market HMO portfolio in Newcastle and is currently involved with the sale of 181 bedrooms across two PBSA blocks in Coventry.

Vicky has a varied range of projects and deals with a broad selection of investors from high net worth individuals, institutional funds and overseas investors.
