TOM’S ROLE

Tom joined the Allsop Commercial Valuation team in December 2024, focusing largely on Red Book compliant valuations for secured lending purposes for a variety of major lenders across the country, as well as for tax and auditing reasons. He also supports further business development opportunities with contacts across the north.

RELEVANT EXPERTISE / SPECIALISM

• Experience in valuing property across all asset classes including office, retail, industrial and residential
• Portfolio valuations across the northern regions of the country, often in conjunction with the wider national team
• Experience offering additional internal APC support and guidance to the graduate cohort

EXPERIENCE

Underpinning his professional experience, Tom graduated with a first-class honors degree in Real Estate BSc (Hons) from Northumbria University in 2021, where he also acted as a Student Representative on behalf of the student cohort throughout all 4 years (including placement). Soon after graduating, Tom successfully passed his APC and became a Registered Valuer where he gained 18+ months of fee earning experience before joining the Commercial Valuation team here at Allsop, Leeds.
