SAM’S ROLE

Sam is a Chartered Surveyor within the Residential Valuation team located in London. He is a qualified Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He attended the University of the West of England and studied an Undergraduate degree in Business Management followed by a Master’s degree (MSc) in Real Estate.

Sam specialises in carrying out Redbook valuations on a range of residential property types and portfolios for loan security, purchase and accounts purposes, with a particular focus in development and investment valuations. Sam works on behalf of banks, funds and developers.

RECENT PROJECTS / ASSIGNMENTS

• 850+ Unit Build to Rent valuation in London for an investment fund.
• A development scheme in South-West London with a total development value of c.£290m.
• An investment portfolio located in London and surrounding regions with a total value of c.£160m, for refinance purposes.
• A well sought-after residential property with development potential in Dorset, with a total value of £13m, for loan security purposes.
