MATTHEW’S ROLE

Matthew is a Partner in the Allsop LLP Residential Valuation Team based in the Leeds office and is responsible for overseeing the northern valuation team. He is the lead client contact with a number of the firms fund and bank lending clients.

EXPERIENCE

Matthew has been immersed as a valuer in the residential investment, student housing, build to rent, mixed use and development sectors since joining Allsop in 2006 having previously worked at Sanderson Weatherall where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2005.

• Quarterly and annual valuations for retained fund clients and REITs.
• Loan security valuation of c.750 dwellings and mixed-use properties in East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire with a combined value of £85.5m.
• Loan security valuation of a landmark development scheme comprising BTR and PBSA in Leeds with a GDV of £394m.
• BTR and BTS scheme in Leeds city centre with a MV of £89m.
