LIAM’S ROLE

Liam is a Chartered Surveyor in the Residential Valuation team. He is a qualified Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and has over 5 years’ experience in carrying out valuations of commercial, residential, and mixed-use assets for loan security, purchase, and accounts purposes.

Liam works on behalf of a wide range of banks, property companies, funds, developers, and high net worth individuals

• Experience in carrying out valuations for loan security, purchase and year end accounts purposes.
• Undertakes valuations of a range of property types including residential, office, retail, industrial and leisure.
• Valuing residential and mixed-use development schemes.

RECENT PROJECTS / ASSIGNMENTS 

• A UK-wide student housing portfolio with a total value of c. £382m.
• An investment portfolio located in London and surrounding regions with a total value of c. £160m, for refinance purposes.
• A development scheme in East London with a total development value of c. £95m.
• Carried out a valuation of a single c. £45m house in Highgate, North London
