KATHERINE’S ROLE

A Qualified Surveyor and Salaried Partner with over 30 years experience in the Valuation arena, Katherine now has a wide ranging role on the Business Operations side of Allsop.

Katherine is Chair of Allsop’s People and Performance Management Committee and sits on Allsop’s Operations Board and Risk Committee.

EXPERIENCE

Katherine joined the Allsop Commercial Valuation team in 1999, having spent the previous 7 years with a general practice firm, covering all aspects of commercial and residential property. 

Having always had an interest in Early Careers and Emerging Talent, Katherine’s role extended in to Graduate and Trainee recruitment, people and performance management.

After 22 years with the Commercial Valuation team and with the ever increasing regulation in various parts of the property sector, Katherine moved over to the Business Operations side of the business, with a wide ranging role across people, performance, risk and compliance.  She has also continued her role as the Firm’s RICS Contact Officer, supporting Rob Austen, Allsop’s RICS Responsible Principal.

She is currently undertaking her ICA (International Compliance Association) exams.
