ANDREW’S ROLE

Andrew is a Partner in the Allsop LLP Residential Valuation Team based in the Leeds office and is responsible in part for overseeing the northern valuation team. He is the lead client contact with a number of investors and banking clients.

EXPERIENCE

Andrew was instrumental in setting up the Allsop-Leeds office in May 2002. He has focussed on residential property valuations ever since, specialising in residential investment, student housing (HMOs and PBSA) as well as developments. Andrew previously worked at Sanderson Weatherall where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1999.

• Valuation of 174 residential properties (856 bedspaces) comprising part of the University Quarter in Hull with value approx. £50m.
• Loan security valuation of c.280 buy to let properties throughout the north of England with approx. value of £30m.
• Several loan security valuations in recent months of HMO portfolios in various University towns and cities in the north of England into the 100’s in number.
