Alex Butler
ALEX’S ROLE
Alex is currently the head of the Private Client Team working alongside clients and specialising in asset sizes between £2m to £10m.
He focuses predominantly on selling but also acts on the acquisition side for a few retained High Net Worth individuals and certain property companies.

- Experience of selling over 30 commercial assets each year
- Acted on the sale of numerous former department stores
- Recently worked on the disposal of alternative assets such as SEN schools and car showrooms to become an expert in this sector
- Busy with the acquisition and disposal of office/PD assets
EXPERIENCE
Alex started his career in the commercial auction department at Allsop in 1993 before joining
CBGA in 1997 where he was a partner in the niche agency specialising in investments.
After a short stint at GVA, Alex returned to Allsop in 2014 to head up the Private Client Team.
