201 efficiently designed BTR apartments located over 17 storeys within what will be the tallest building in Derby. Allsop was brought in 3 months before submission of planning to provide advice on the scheme’s design & layout in addition to the long term operation of the building. Planning was granted in Q1 2019.

500+ BTR units forming part of a wider 6.45 acre mixed use regeneration scheme. Allsop was brought in at an early stage to undertake competitor rental analysis & critique the scheme. Allsop has been retained as consultants throughout the planning process,
to support the professional team & provide operational & investment advice in the design and development phase.
