201 efficiently designed build to rent apartments located over 17 storeys within what will be the tallest building in Derby. Allsop were brought in to help advise on the scheme 3 months before planning was submitted. We advised on substantial changes which transformed the design & considered the long term operation of the building.

240 waterside build to rent apartments with onsite amenities and services. Allsop provided advice on local demand and strength of the rental market, appropriate mix of apartments and amenities, scheme design and layout, strategic management plan and indicative valuation projection.
