Hughes House, Liverpool

Allsop provided acquisition advice on the 258-unit BTR development on London Road, Liverpool. The scheme was forward funded by BMO UK Housing Fund for c.£40m in Q3 2021, with Home Group acting as the main developer.

Becketwell, Derby

Allsop was appointed on a consultancy and investment agency basis by St James’ Securities. The 259-unit BTR scheme with c.3,000 sq ft of internal amenity and a roof garden, which will form part of a wider mixed-use city centre development, was forward funded by Grainger PLC in Q2 2021 for c.£37.3m.

Pin Yard, Leeds

216 BTR units comprising a U-shaped building around a central courtyard. Allsop was brought in to advise on the pre-designed scheme & instructed to source an investor. Grainger Plc was selected as the investment partner & construction commenced onsite in July 2019.
