In this inaugural episode, they put Allsop Auctioneer George Walker under the microscope and examine his many years of experience on the rostrum. They delve into his views on how markets have evolved, buyer and vendor appetite, the strangest (and biggest) lot he has ever auctioned and if given £2.5m to invest, what he would do?

Jack is a Senior Associate in the Leeds Residential Investment Team. He has experience in portfolio aggregation, social housing leasing and large-scale transactions that covers Yorkshire, North East, North West and the Midlands. 

Ceara is a Surveyor in the Leeds valuation team. She focuses on the valuation of commercial real estate within the northern regions. She has experience in undertaking valuations for loan security, purchase reports and annual accounts purposes.

George is a Partner and Auctioneer in the Commercial Auction Team. He has been an auctioneer for over 25 years and has had a hand in selling over £6 billion of commercial real estate.
