Allsop wins four awards at the Homeviews and BTR Talent Awards

Allsop Letting and Management (ALM) has been recognised with four awards, including a Build to Rent (BTR) Talent Award, and three Homeviews Awards, presented as part of the UKAA Annual Conference on 16th November. These awards acknowledge individuals, projects and organisations that have successfully developed effective customer service strategies, as well as demonstrating strong signs of community building and sector growth.

Allsop was crowned ‘Top Management Company (under 2,000 units)’ by Homeviews, a platform which collects verified resident reviews for new build homes in the UK. Furthermore, Duet Media City, a More. ‘Superenting’ development managed by Allsop, has been awarded both ‘Top National Development (fewer than 350 units)’ and ‘Top Regional Development’.

In addition, Allsop’s dedicated team looking after the day-to-day management of The Trilogy scheme in Manchester was named ‘Team of the Year’ at the BTR Talent Awards.

Comprised of more than 100 members, ALM manages over 1,300 BTR apartments in Manchester, Newcastle, and Liverpool with an additional 5,700 properties across the UK.

Established in 1999, it is one of the UK’s largest independent residential investment managers. As an early promoter of the investment benefits of PRS, ALM was also one of the first operators in the BTR sector. Last year, Allsop was recognised as ‘Property Manager of the Year’ at the Property Week RESI Awards, while in 2019 it was voted ‘Operator of the Year’ by the users of Homeviews.

Lesley Roberts, Partner at Allsop commented: “These awards are a testament to the experience and dedication of our team, who have been going above and beyond to provide customers with the best possible experience. That, combined with the high-quality homes and facilities created by our partners, has enabled us to continue delivering best-in-class service across all of our managed sites.”
