Allsop Strengthens Valuation Teams With Three New Hires

  • Callum Roxburgh, Nick Stevenson and Beatrice Watson join the commercial and residential valuation teams
  • New team members will strengthen valuation services in the leisure sector, trade related assets, affordable housing and expand their presence in London and the Home Counties

Allsop, is pleased to welcome Callum Roxburgh, Nick Stevenson and Beatrice Watson to the commercial and residential valuation teams.

Callum joins Allsop’s commercial valuation team as a Senior Surveyor and arrives from Davis Coffer Lyons where he has spent almost four years in valuations. He has a particular focus on trade-related assets, such as pubs, hotels, pharmacies and care homes. He has dealt with an array of banks and lenders, as well as providing advice to landlords and business operators.

Nick and Beatrice both join Allsop’s residential valuation team from Savills, as Senior Associate and Senior Surveyor respectively.

Nick spent seven years at Savills as a commercial and residential valuer, covering Essex and North & East London. Prior to that, he worked in Local Authority Asset Management in South London. Nick has worked for a range of banking clients, as well as national and SME developers, private individuals and property companies. He will provide Red Book valuations mainly for secured lending, accounts and IHT (probate) purposes.

Before joining, Beatrice worked in the Affordable Housing Valuation team with a focus on providing Red Book valuations for loan security and acquisition purposes.  Clients included high street lenders, Registered Providers, For Profit Registered providers, as well as Local Authorities.
