Allsop releases 109-lot strong catalogue as it gears up for the September 19th commercial auction
- Allsop releases September commercial auction catalogue featuring 109 lots, with 50% located in London or the South East
- 23 lots have a guide price of £1m or above
- Lot sizes range from £65,000 to £4m+, with the largest lot being a Vacant Head Office in Coventry
Allsop, the UK’s leading property auction house, has released its latest commercial auction catalogue featuring 109 lots, of which 23 are guided at or above £1m. The catalogue includes a variety of investments from Charing Cross, London to York and includes several portfolios being offered individually.
