WILL’S ROLE

Will is an Associate in the Commercial Valuation Division based in Central London. The team covers Red Book Valuations across the UK predominantly for Loan Security, Purchase and Accounts Purposes.

RELEVANT EXPERTISE/SPECIALISM 

• Commercial expertise across retail, office and industrial asset classes.
• Experience in Probate, Charity Act and Account Valuations
• Experience in valuing multiple shopping centres across the south east
• Acted as a Valuer for a Life Science Development within Central London

EXPERIENCE

Will joined Allsop as a Graduate in June 2021 after completing a masters in Property Development & Planning at Nottingham Trent University. He gained experience in the Commercial Valuation, Residential Auction and Lease Advisory & Business Rates team before joining the Commercial Valuation team full time in April 2023. Will qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in May 2023.
