VICTORIA’S ROLE

Victoria is a Senior Associate within Allsop's Valuation team, leading and specialising in commercial and public sector valuations across Scotland.

She provides Red Book valuation advice for lending and other purposes to a broad range of public and private sector clients. With more than 20 years' experience in the property industry, Victoria has worked across valuation, rating, consultancy, agency and asset management disciplines in both the UK and international markets.

RELEVANT EXPERTISE / SPECIALISM

• Valuation of assets across most sectors from retail and office to industrial and residential 
• This includes redevelopment sites, extensive experience with large scale development
• Particular focus on the valuation of properties situated in Scotland
• Public Sector Valuation
• Integrated approach with experience of in-house asset management
• RICS APC Assessor with experience of running training schemes

EXPERIENCE

With over 20 years' experience in the property sector, she has advised public bodies, lenders, investors, developers and occupiers across a broad range of commercial real estate assets. Victoria has travelled extensively and spent several years living and working across South America and in Eastern Europe, experiences that have shaped her collaborative and pragmatic approach to problem-solving as well as providing a strong background in Development.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS

Victoria is a Chartered Surveyor and Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and has served as a RICS APC Assessor since 2013. She holds an MSc in Property Management and Investment from Edinburgh Napier University and an MA (Hons) in Art History and Philosophy from the University of Glasgow.
