OLIVIA’S ROLE
Liv is a Senior Associate in the Build to Rent team based in London. She advises investors and developers on a range of Build to Rent opportunities across the country, working on both city centre, multi-family schemes and suburban, single-family housing schemes. She provides support across multiple BTR services including investment and development agency and research consultancy.

EXPERIENCE
Liv joined Allsop as a graduate in 2017 having completed a Real Estate Masters degree at Oxford Brookes University. During her time as a graduate, Liv gained experience in various departments including Commercial Auctions, West End Office Agency, Residential Valuations and Build to Rent. After completing the graduate programme in September 2019 and successfully passing her APC in November 2019, Liv joined the BTR team full-time as a qualified surveyor. During her time in the Build to Rent team, Liv has worked closely with developers and investors on both multi-family and single-family opportunities, offering expert advice across all key components of the growing sector. Liv was promoted to Senior Associate in April 2025.
