OLIVER’S ROLE
Oliver is a surveyor in the National Investment team. Oliver regularly assists on acquisitions and disposals of commercial assets across a variety of sectors. Oliver has a particular focus on Retail Warehouse, Industrial and Portfolio investments.
EXPERIENCE
Oliver joined the National Investment team in April 2022 for a 12 month rotation where he was involved in the disposal of a number of industrial portfolios for Columbia Threadneedle including the Seven Portfolio (£31 Million), Northern Lights Portfolio (£25 Million) and Pair Portfolio (£8 Million), along with the marketing of the Chamber Portfolio (£18.9 Million) for M&G.
He completed additional six month rotations across the Commercial Auctions and Commercial Valuation teams, successfully qualifying as a chartered surveyor and RICS registered valuer in April 2024 before joining the National Investment team as a Surveyor in May 2024. Oliver assisted on a number of single asset sales in the Industrial and Foodstore sectors as a surveyor. Oliver also advised two institutional clients on the acquisitions of two separate industrial ground rent portfolios, including the Pine & Spruce portfolio (£25 Million) and the Altens Portfolio (£16 Million). Since being promoted as Senior Surveyor in March 2025 Ollie has continued to act on behalf of a range of private and institutional clients advising on transactions across all sectors with a targeted focus on the industrial market. Oliver advised on the purchase of 3 Imperial Way, Croydon for Folgate Estates which comprised a single let industrial unit let to CES (9 years remaining) for £3.8 million, 7.46% NIY.
