NICK’S ROLE

Nick is responsible for the provision of professional residential valuation services to lenders, private individuals, developers and businesses. He has 10 years’ valuation experience in both private and public sectors, with the majority of this experience
gained in the private sector advising in the residential development and investment markets. Nick provides loan security advice to the key UK banks and specialist lenders.

•  Red Book valuations for secured lending, accounts, taxation and internal purposes.
• Advising clients on market conditions.

EXPERIENCE

Nick joined Allsop LLP in July 2023, prior to which he was an Associate Director at Savills where he worked for 7 years in their Chelmsford Residential Development team, focusing on the North/East London, Essex, Hertfordshire and Suffolk markets. He has established strong relationships with the main High Street Lenders, as well as numerous Specialist / Alternative lenders in the market in both a variety of asset classes and development scale.

RECENT PROJECTS

• A Red Book valuation of a brand new development of 98 residential units in the London Borough of Havering.
• A Red Book valuation for loan security purposes, providing advice to a client for a single country home in
  Essex, with a Market Value in excess of £5,000,000.
• Provision of a Red Book valuation for a portfolio of three residential properties in Belgravia, with a combined
  Market Value in excess of £18,000,000.
