JOHN’S ROLE
John is a Senior Associate in the Allsop Residential Valuations team. He is based in the Leeds office where he covers a geographical area centred around the Midlands and Northern regions of the country. His primary focus is on meeting the demands of the banking sector through the provision of valuation reports that are suitable for their purposes.

EXPERIENCE
Having trained at Weatherall Green and Smith in London and Leeds, John qualified as an RICS Chartered Surveyor in 1992. He set up his own practice in 1996 running this in parallel with several contracting roles he held within the real estate professional services sector. He has been employed by Allsop since the opening of the Leeds’ office in 2002, initially as an outsourced valuer and more recently as a permanent employee. Having extensive valuation, agency and consultancy experience in the commercial, residential and hotel/leisure markets John is now focusing his energies entirely within the residential sector.
