Jim joined Allsop in January 2021 as the General Manger of Du Cane Court and in March of this year became an Asset manager, prior to that Jim has had extensive experience in senior management and asset management positions with M&G Real Estate, Royal Bank of Scotland, Invista Real Estate and Grainger Plc

• Stabilising the block management position at Du Cane Court a 676 unit block in South London
• Setting the service charge budgets for Du Cane Court and the Land Security leasehold blocks
• Managing the performance of a team of 5 property managers and in excess of 50 block management staff
