CHRIS’S ROLE

Chris is a partner is the residential valuation team, specialising in undertaking Redbook valuations for loan security, purchase and accounts purposes for an array of banks, developers, funds, investors and high net worth individuals.

 Chris is a specialist valuer within the residential sector with a predominant focus on valuations of single units, residential and mixed-use development land and investment assets.

EXPERIENCE

Chris began his career at Savills in 2013 in the Residential Valuation Division. Chris joined Allsop in November 2021 to continue to drive the Residential Valuation Team.

Chris is a leading valuer across the UK for assets within the Co-Living sector. He has been involved in a number of projects of both stabilised assets and development sites with a growing rapport amongst sector specialists.
