CALLUM’S ROLE

Callum is a Senior Surveyor in the Commercial Valuation Division based in Central London. The team covers valuation appointments across the UK.

RELEVANT EXPERTISE / SPECIALISM

• Callum has a particular focus on trade-related assets such as pubs, care homes, hotels and pharmacies.
• He has experience in dealing with individual and portfolio valuations across the leisure and healthcare sectors as well as more traditional asset classes including retail and residential.

EXPERIENCE

Callum joined Allsop’s Commercial Valuation Team in 2023 having previously worked at leisure specialist Davis Coffer Lyons where he spent almost four years.
