CALLUM’S ROLE

Callum is an Associate in the Commercial Valuation Division based in Central London. The team covers valuation appointments across the UK.

RELEVANT EXPERTISE / SPECIALISM

• Callum has a particular focus on leisure assets such as hotels and pubs, on both a trade-related and investment basis
• He has advised on a wide variety of types of hotel accommodation, with experience in providing initial desktop advice through to Red Book valuations for loan security and accounting purposes.

Callum joined Allsop’s Commercial Valuation Team in 2023 having previously worked at leisure specialist Davis Coffer Lyons where he spent almost four years.
