ADAM’S ROLE

Adam is a Partner in the Residential Investment Team.  Adam joined Allsop as a graduate in 2003 and has extensive experience in Residential Investment PRS, throughout the UK. Adam specialises in agency work advising clients on the sale / acquisition of blocks of flats, investment portfolios (AST, Assured and Regulated Tenancies), HMOs / Hostels, specialist leases in the Social Housing sector and Ground Rents.

RECENT PROJECTS / ASSIGNMENTS

• The Saxon Portfolio – A portfolio of 106 houses in East Anglia. Sold for £23,500,000 in December 2022.
• 1-41 Station View, 8 New Lane, Havant PO9 2JH – A new build block of flats sold to an institutional investor for in excess of £8,000,000 in September 2022.
• Park House, Bell Street, Reigate, Surrey, RH2 7AN – A block of flats with planning consent for additional units sold on behalf Joint LPA Receivers for c. £3,850,000 in July 2022.
• York House, Camden – A mixed use investment comprising 26 flats and seven commercial units. Sold for c. £14m in June 2021.
• Ralph Court, Queensway, London, W2 – Freehold Ground Rent Investment sold for £1,975,000 in June 2022.
