Allsop has been specialist advisor in the Build to Rent sector since 2015. - 375 unit Multi Family Housing scheme located in the South Bank area of Leeds
- Amenities include a residents’ lounge, gym, concierge, co-working space, private dining room and x3 external terraces
- Allsop acquired the site for McLaren Living and was subsequently appointed to provide consultancy advice and source an investment partner
- Allsop advised McLaren on the forward funding sale and the development is now under construction, with an anticipated Practical Completion in early 2027
Devonshire Quarter, Sheffield
- Acquired for c.£11.5M
- Allsop advised the purchaser on the acquisition of 60 Build to Rent Homes including x32 1-bed apartments and x28 2-bed maisonettes
- The site is located in central Sheffield and offers on-site residents’ amenity
- The development is due to complete in mid-2026
Hayes, West London
- Residential-led scheme comprising 278 Multi Family Housing units and c.12,000sqft of commercial space
- Amenities include a residents’ lounge, gym, concierge, podium garden and on-site management
- Allsop was appointed to provide operational and investment consultancy advice throughout the planning process before being appointed on an investment agency basis

- Allsop advised St James Securities on the forward funding sale
